NEURO-DOODLES: INSPIRED BY SEA CREATURES

Take an hour out of your busy day to create a beautiful ‘SEA CREATURES’ inspired doodle, using the Neurographica technique. This is a mindful drawing technique that involves creating free flowing lines and shapes. It is known to help process emotions, reduce stress and create a calm and positive mind.

Suitable for any age and ability. 

Our artist, Helen, will be on hand to guide you through the whole process.

Prior to opening the board games café, Helen worked for many years within Education: teaching pottery and as a freelance illustrator delivering art workshops to community groups and schools. She then entered the world of Targeted Family Support as a trainer, delivering a range of courses and 1:1 consultations with parents with children displaying challenging behaviour.
