PRIVATE HIRE
Hold a surprise party, a team-building event or a club outing with board games at the cafe. We offer bespoke packages with your choice of hosted games, food and drinks. We even do Bring Your Own Booze! Email us to start the conversation.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Treat someone to a gift voucher so they can come and play games whenever they want! We offer £10 gift vouchers, plus bespoke gift vouchers, which can be posted or collected in the cafe. Visit us or email us to purchase a gift voucher.
ONLINE BOOKING KEY INFORMATION
BOOKING ONLINE
To book online, click the Book Here button above. Online bookings can be made up to 1 hour in advance. For groups of 5+, please email us: games@outsidetheboxltd.co.uk. You can find our Contact page for our phone number and email address.
GAMING FEES
Whether you book online, over the phone or in person, we charge a gaming fee upon arrival of £2.50 per hour per person.
ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED ONLINE
When you’re booking online and you’ve submitted the form, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details. Please note that the booking form makes it mandatory to agree to get email updates and reminders for your booking. You will then be added to our monthly newsletter list (which you can unsubscribe from). However, we will not use your email address to pepper you with requests for reviews after your visit.
BOOKING ONLINE AS A SOLO PLAYER
If you are booking as a Solo Player, you will have the option to let us know during the booking process whether you want a space for just yourself to play, or to potentially share your table with other social players. CANCELLING ONLINE BOOKINGS
If you would like to cancel your online booking, you can do so via your booking confirmation email or by calling us.
CHANGING YOUR ONLINE BOOKING
If you have made an online booking but are looking to move it to a different date and/or time, you can email us and we will change it for you. Or you can cancel your original booking and make a new one.
