ART WORKSHOPS

Hi, I'm Helen, illustrator and co-owner of Outside The Box and partner to Rachel. When we were in the planning stage of opening the board games cafe, it made perfect sense for me to also use the space to run Art & Craft Workshops. As well as playing board games, being creative is positively beneficial to our mental health. Being immersed in creativity, whether real or fantastical, we can de-stress, re-charge and feel a sense of purpose. Within a group setting, we can also strengthen our social connections.
